Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to the gallery and to every prompt, upload, generation and download made through AI Pose Gallery. The rules apply even when a request is framed as art, research, role-play or a private message.

Sexual and nude content

Do not create, upload or request nudity, sexual activity, sexualized poses, fetish content or adult imagery in which anyone is under 18 or appears to be under 18. Do not create intimate imagery of a real person without their consent.

Violence and gore

Do not create or request graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, instructions for harming people or animals, or content that celebrates serious harm.

Hate and harassment

Do not use the service to attack, threaten, dehumanize or harass people based on protected characteristics, or to coordinate abuse against an individual or group.

Child sexual abuse material

Child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited. We report apparent CSAM and related conduct to the appropriate child-safety and law-enforcement channels. Do not upload, generate, request or redistribute it in any form.

Deepfakes and impersonation

Do not create a realistic likeness, voice, identity or endorsement of a real person without permission, especially to deceive, defraud, harass or influence an election. Do not present generated material as authentic evidence or as the work of another creator.

Intellectual property

Do not use the service to copy a protected character, logo, artwork or photograph in a way that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights. Report suspected infringement through the DMCA process.

Reporting and enforcement

Email us to report a violation. Include the URL, account or order reference and enough detail to locate the material. We may block a request before generation, filter a result before delivery, suspend access, preserve a minimal audit record, and report serious conduct to the relevant authority. Enforcement decisions are made under the law and the risk of harm, and abuse of the reporting channel may itself lead to suspension.

Policy updates

We may update this policy to address new risks or legal requirements. The version date on this page controls the current rules; continued use after a material update means you accept the revised policy.
