Privacy policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

This policy explains what AI Pose Gallery collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. At launch, the gallery is free to browse and does not require an account.

What we collect

When you browse, our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and request time to deliver and protect the service. If account-based generation or paid credits are enabled, we will also process your account email, prompts, reference images, generated results and order status. We do not currently sell personal data or use third-party advertising cookies.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. If you choose to sign in, Google may process authentication data; if you buy credits, Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record and processes payment and tax data; if generation is enabled, the model provider processes the prompt and any reference image you submit. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention. Account data, uploads and generated results are retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward so you can access recent work. Payment and tax records may be retained longer where required by law.

Cookies

The free gallery does not set advertising cookies. If sign-in or payments are enabled, the site may use essential first-party cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your checkout return. We do not use these cookies to build an advertising profile.

Your choices

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with your account by emailing us. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or purchase credits. We may need to verify your request and may retain records that the law requires us to keep.
