Refund policy

The launch gallery is free and does not charge you. This policy applies once paid generation is enabled, clearly priced and available for checkout.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, is canceled before delivery, times out, or is rejected by safety checks, the credit for that attempt is returned automatically. You do not need to contact support for a failed attempt.

Unused credits

Purchased credits that have never been used may be refunded within 14 calendar days of purchase. The request must cover the full unused credit lot from that order; partially used packs are not refundable. Credits obtained from a promotion or a chargeback are not refundable.

How to ask

Email us with the order email, order or receipt number, purchase date and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within two business days. Waffo Pancake may show the approved refund on the original payment method within the time set by your bank.
